Feeding Section

Palette feed direct from your printer or laminator, simply place the pallet on the platform and start to feed into the front lays. Registration is maintained by left or right hand lays.

Optional Pre-loader to reduce downtime. This option is great for larger runs where another operator can pre-stack the next palette of work. Here, a hoist is used to lift the work into preparation position. The hoist height can be manually or automatically controlled. If automatically controlled, the Redline has sensors which ascend the pile as the operator feeds the product.

The Redline has front and side lays that are all adjustable where you can correct any abnormalities in the printed sheet. Front lays can advance and retard by up to 10mm. They can even work independently should you have any miss prints on a diagonal. The operator simply presents the sheets to the front and side lay and the smoothing fingers hold it into position where it is impaled on to the gripper bar and taken through the machine.

An automatic counter can be set to suit your requirements.

Nonstop delivery is available by roller conveyor system.

Front and back jogging system together with left and right jogging
system create a perfect stacks.

The operator has a clear view of the delivery via CCTV monitor.

Tab inserter equipped as standard.

High Pile: An additional 300mm can be added to the height of your machine maximising pallet stacks to a height of 1500mm. The benefit is that more stock can be transported in transit.

Optional Heated bed: The top platen is equipped with heater rods, heating the tooling, easing the pressure and preventing bruising when cutting plastics, also when sealing plastics.

Optional Motorised chase: Especially helpful with the larger size machines. At the touch of a button the chase will rotate allowing the operator to either change the tool or make ready the existing tool.
