Feeding Section

– Machine comes equipped with German designed KBA feeding system.
– The height and angle of the suction cups are easily adjustable to increase efficiency
– Equipped with lateral air blowing system to enhance sheet separation.
– Equipped with a double sheet detector.
– On both sides of the feeding table, there are micro adjustments device to ensure accurate paper positioning to increase efficiency.
– The installation of anti-obstacle device on the feeding section is to prevent obstacle from entering into the machine which may cause damages to the machine.
– Equipped with front lay with optical sensor positioning system.

Diecutting Section / Automatic Die Locking System

– The toggle design provides high diecutting pressure.
– The required pressure is easily adjusted by a touch screen display which also allows for storage of pressure data when setting up repeat jobs.
– The inverter controlled main motor provides a maximum speed of 6000 sheets per hour.
– The automatic die locking system and centerline system are optional. No chase required.
– The diecutting plate slides in and out easily assisted by air.

IVRS Camera Inspection

– The standard machine is equipped with one side lay sensor at the operators side

– For digital printing, the IVRS camera with a servo driven side lay can be used. The camera will see the printing mark on the paper and the side lay drive by the servo motor adjusts the registration accordingly.

– The machine is fitted with an anti-obstacle device to prevent obstacles entering the machine.
