The programmable controller is the latest technology and utilises Ethernet/IP and Sercos bus protocol for speed of data transfer and connectivity. The Diecutter can be interfaced with your company network for data collection and should it be required, remote access by our engineers.

Utilising state of the art motion control, the Diecutter will deliver accurately registered blanks with consistent cutting and creasing pressure. The top cutting roll is fitted with a soft sacrificial sleeve which ensures long life for your flat bed cutting formes without the need for precision setting and any form of make-ready sheet.

Machine settings can be stored against individual specifications to enable faster machine sets in the future. The soft anvil feature also ensures there is no “angel hair” residue left on your blanks, particularly important if you are supplying the food and beverage markets.

Finished blanks are delivered nested, fully stripped and interleaved
(if required) direct to the pallet.
